Return & Refund Policy – Jewellery Products

1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices
  • Show no signs of damage, alteration, or wear

Returns requested after the return window may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers
  • Jewellery that has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Earrings or body jewellery (for hygiene reasons), unless received damaged or defective

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should report it within 48 hours of delivery.

When submitting the request, clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.

4. Return Approval Process

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval. Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligibility for a refund will be confirmed.

5. Refunds

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Exchange (If Applicable)

Exchanges may be allowed for size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to product availability.

7. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
